Stay current
To keep up to date with new developments in your research field, set up current alerts that will notify you by email or via RSS feed whenever relevant new material is published.
Register with the major citation databases (PubMed, PsychInfo, Scopus and others) and set up alerts based on your research keywords.
Tips:
ticTOCs – The journal table of contents service that allows you to view the current table of contents of your favourite journals and export a table of content feeds to a feedreader.
Google Scholar Alerts – create email alerts for topics of interest.
Browzine – Access and interact with online academic journals.
Databases – Relevant databases for Psychology can be found on our LibGuides. Sign up for an alert on the search criteria you wish to.
Data Champion
We advise members of the research community on the proper handling of research data. In this, they promote good research data management (RDM) and support Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Re-usable (FAIR) research principles.
