Main Library Collection
We have a first-class collection of print resources. The collection development policy is focused on supporting research and learning in the Department. We cover advanced topics for our Departmental Research Groups/Labs, and teaching/learning resources from an undergraduate level to Postdoctoral research in Psychology.

MacCurdy Library
Established from the personal books of Dr John Thomson MacCurdy, 1886-1947, we continue the develop the Psychopathology collection physically and electronically.
Theses, dissertations and projects
Psychology PhD Theses can be found using iDiscover. They are physically located in the MacCurdy Library.
Psychology Undergraduate dissertations and projects are available in the Library Office and digital copies can be found on the PBS II AND NST II Moodle course for students enrolled on the courses only. BBS Dissertations are also available in this database created by the Biological Sciences Libraries team.

Journals
Our library current subscriptions are only for e-journals. We do offer a unique collection in our library that can be accessed via iDiscover.
Use the advanced search, select the material type 'journals', filter by subject 'Psychology' and 'Psychology Library'. See filtered list for psychology physical journals.
Our e-journals are available through the iDiscover platform.
We also offer BrowZine which gives you the ability to browse journals and store them on a personal bookshelf.
Special Collections/Rare Books
From books out of print to unique titles from our collection that are difficult to find, this collection is kept in the archive and listed on iDiscover as "Store" for reference only. Visit our page for more information about rare books.
The Archive
The departmental archive contains rare and unique materials from key figures working in Experimental Psychology at Cambridge from 1870 onwards.
